My most popular training session. 30min 200, 300hr, 475 1.5hrs and 575 2hrs at my training studio.  If we are training at yours, my rates increase 100.00 per hour w/90min minimum.  My rates increase when I travel outside of Knoxville $50.00 per hour and up. Please note, I do not do 30 minutes before 10 AM or after 4 and only weekdays in Knoxville. Appts after 6pm, wends or holidays, require a minimum of 90 min and a $100 per hour additional fee is added to rates. 

Please note the rates listed are my hometown training rates in Knoxville only. My travel rate range from fifty to a hundred dollars higher. Be sure to confirm what the rates are for your city. When traveling, I do not offer any training time less than 1 hr.
